Established in 1974, Dashiqiao Petrochemical Machinery Forging Plant is an individual proprietorship enterprise. Our plant has the area of 21,000 square meters, including the building area of 8,600 square meters; the annual production capacity is over 12,000 tons forging parts. Pla nt has both outstanding natural environment and convenient road and waterway traffic: it is near Dalian to the south, Anshan and Shenyang to the north, and Bayuquan Port and Yingkou Port of the Shen-Da Expressway to the west.
The plant has well-appointed equipments, including a 8-ton electro-hydraulic hammer, a 5-ton electro-hydraulic hammer, a 1-ton air hammer, a Φ3200 goal-gas generator, 8 heating ovens, a thermal processing furnaces with automatic temperature control system and auxiliary machines, material charging machines and material-seized machines, 4-meter lathes, cranes, fork lift trucks and over 40 machining equipments. The plant also has advanced testing capability to carry out test analysis and ultrasonic experiment and experiment on mechanical properties and so on. We have proficient production and management personnel, and reliable quality assurance system. There are 3 senior engineers, 3 engineers, 22 management personnel, 18 technical personnel, 2 persons in charge of physical testing and chemical analysis, 2 non-destructive testing personnel, 12 quality inspection personnel, 45 lathe workers, 41 forgers and 4 welding workers in the plant.
Dashiqiao Petrochemical Machinery Forging Plant is the largest forging plant in Yingkou. Our plant can manufacture various flanges, standard parts, manhole and forging parts used in the pressure vessels. Our plant strictly performs the JB4726~JB4728-2000 Standard Specification for General Requirements for Steel Forging Parts for Pressure Vessels. Forging part testing performs the regulations of relative standards of JB4730-1994, GB/T228-1987, GB/T231-1984 and GB/T232-1999，etc.
Our plant has the manufacture qualification certificate issued by the Bureau of Quality and Technical supervision for the forging parts used in pressure vessels such as flange, pipe plate and manhole. In 2002, our plant passed the international quality system attestation of ISO9002. Our plant also has also acquired the “Security Registry Certificate for Pressure Pipe Fitting Manufacture Unit” issued by the Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision of Liaoning Province, and the “Security Registry Certificate for Steel Forging Parts Used in Pressure Vessels” issued by the China National Standardization Committee on Boilers and Pressure Vessels.
Our plant is a member of the supply network of China National Petroleum Corporation. Our forging products have been sold all over the northeast region. Pressed components manufactured by our plant have been widely used by many large and middle scale enterprises for many years, such as Daqing Petrochemical Company, Jinzhou(锦州) Refinery, Liaohe Oilfield, Liaoyang Petroleum and Chemical Fibre Company Machine Factory, Dalian Hydrogen Reactor Manufacture Co., Ltd. of China YiZhong Group Company, Dalian Jinding Petrochemical Machinery Co., Ltd., Dalian Bingshan Group Jinzhou(金州) Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd., Dalian Shenlan Pump Co., Ltd. and Dalian Hitachi Machinery & Equipment Co., Ltd. and so on; our products have won the approval and favorable comments from these enterprises.
In 2004, our plant manufactured 10,000 cubic ball-tanks for Dalian Jinding Petrochemical Machinery Co., Ltd., and our plant has also provided good-quality 08MnNiCrMoVD forging parts for Dalian Jinding Petrochemical Machinery Co., Ltd. our plant has obtained high praise from this company and users. Our plant has forged many kinds of special materials for plenty of enterprises such as S31803(2205), Incoloy800, A516.Gr.70ANTI-HIC, SA350LF1, SA350LF2, SA350LF3, SA182-F11, SA182-F22, 09MnNiD, 15CrMo and 20MnMoNb so on; our plant has also accumulated a lot of successful forging experiences.

Quality assurance system and quality assurance documents and procedure documents
Dashiqiao Petrochemical Machinery Forging Plant has well established and maintained the quality assurance system. Now our plant has obtained the “Security Registry Certificate for Pressure Pipe Fitting Manufacture Unit” and the “Security Registry Certificate for Steel Forging Parts Used in Pressure Vessels”.
In august, 2000, our plant passed the international quality system attestation of ISO9002. Since then, the construction of the quality assurance system of our plant has been continuously perfected. In 2003, our plant passed the international quality system attestation of ISO9001, the organization construction and management system of our plant are strictly established according to the requirements of ISO9001. The quality assurance system of our plant has consummate organization and well-defined power and responsibility, and its operation is coordinated and controlled.
The quality assurance documents of our plant are compiled according to the ISO9001 standard, “Pressure Vessel Safety Technical Regulation”, and “Special Equipment Safety Technical Regulation”, including quality assurance manual, procedure document, operation (technology) document and quality record (table, card) and so on.
The quality assurance manual (hereafter referred to as “manual”) is the real description of the implemented quality assurance system during the production and sale of our products; it is applicable to the whole process from the product order, raw material purchase, product inspection to product ex-factory and all management, control and service activities during the processes of quality information management, quality supervision and user service; this manual is the certificate which proves that the quality assurance system of our plant conforms to the relative regulations and standards of our country and stipulated quality requirements in contracts to the whole society and the third party.
Procedure documents conform to quality policies, satisfy basic requirements of the quality manual and agree to the real situation of our unit and are practicable. The procedure documents of our plant includes: document and record control, contract control, design control, material, spare part control, operation (technology) control, welding control, heat treatment control, non-destructive testing control, physical-chemical inspection control, inspection and test control, equipment and inspection, testing equipment control, unqualified product (item) control and correction measure, quality improvement and service, and the training, examination and management of personnel and so on.
The compiling of operation (technology) document and quality record (table, card) and so on conforms to the manufacturing features of pressed forging parts of our plant and satisfies the control requirement of the quality assurance system during the implementation. The content and item of the quality record are standard. |
